In our first chat, we'll talk about:
- Your budget estimate
- An approximate number of guests for your event
- Your preferred event date(s), month and/or season
- A general idea of your unique style and vision (modern, formal, or simple).
Following your consultation, we will send a follow-up email with a contract and an invoice for our retainer fee. We'll need a signed contract and retainer fee within 24 hours to lock in your preferred booking date. We only take payments via the link in your contract using a debit or credit card. *Please Note: All invoices are payable using a debit, credit card, cash app, and cash only. We are not accepting checks or payments sent directly to PayPal, or Zelle for efficient business practices.

For events booked 60 days or more in advance, you can reschedule 30 days before the initial event date. For events booked in less than 60 days, you must contact Beautiful Concepts Event Planning via phone and submit a request form to reschedule the event link below.
